Many of the large brands we know these days no longer use taglines – Whole Foods, Starbucks, Costco.
In today’s world taglines become unnecessary.

The more undifferentiated a brand is, THE MORE it needs a tagline.
The more distinctive a brand is, THE LESS it needs a tagline.
